Detailing questions
A wash removes surface dirt. Detailing is a methodical, surface-by-surface restoration — steam sanitising, shampoo extraction, leather conditioning, paint decontamination and protection — performed by hand in our studio over several hours.
If the exterior has bonded contamination, dull paint or hasn’t been professionally washed in months, Full Detailing resets the whole vehicle and is better value than booking the two halves separately. If the cabin is the problem — stains, odours, pet hair — Interior Detailing is enough.
Yes — both are available as add-ons to any detailing package. Pet hair requires specialist tools and extra time, and stubborn odours are neutralised at the source rather than masked. Both are quoted at inspection based on severity.
For most vehicles, a full detail once or twice a year keeps surfaces in excellent order, with maintenance washes in between. Daily drivers, family cars and vehicles parked outdoors benefit from our 3-month touch-up plan.
Payment is made on completion, once you have inspected the result — cash or bank transfer, with Afterpay available. There is no booking obligation and no cancellation fees.
